Job Description
Provides project and analytical support to assigned business line or functional area. Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services. Acts as a project liaison with other departments. Analyzes current costs and estimates the cost or cost savings. Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or areas making recommendations based on findings. May supervise a team of project staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for product functionality/specifications
- Support the Product Manager with the introduction, and ongoing management of Point of Sale products
- Provide support on new and existing products to Operations, Business Development and other departments
- Manage and maintain the product specifications repository
- Developing high level Product Requirements Document (PRD) for the POS vendors for subsequent design, development, and testing activities
- Provide administrative support in maintaining the new product launch plan while ensuring updates are swiftly communicated to the appropriate department members
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the latest software applications are launched and rolled out, in a timely manner, to all customers in the EU
- Recommends improvement to processes and practices. Identifies risk and issues, notifies the product manager and assists with a resolution
- Supporting external deployment vendors during the installation process
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in project management activities

- Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge of project management
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
