We’re Teva, a global pharmaceutical company, committed to increasing access to high-quality healthcare to patients around the world and we currently have an opportunity available for Product Development Senior Scientist to join our passionate and knowledgeable team in Runcorn.
At Teva Runcorn, we develop, manufacture and market innovative and affordable medicines, specialising in sterile liquid products mainly used for treating respiratory conditions using Blow-Fill-Seal technology as well as injectable Combination Products such as our MS treatment Copaxone. In addition, we are currently preparing to add to our existing technology platform with the introduction of biopharmaceutical products to the site.
We are also home to two R&D centres and a Sterile Training Academy— a centre of excellence within Teva for sterile manufacturing, safety and compliance training.
Who We Are Looking For
Do you have?
Experience with particle sizing techniques
A proactive approach to managing the service area needs
Experience of using QbD or AQbD design for analytical method development/ validation
Experience of working with a variety of pharmaceutical dosage forms.
Exposure to the use of statistical analysis software packages, for example JMP or minitab
Are you?
Degree qualified in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry or related subject plus experience working in a Pharma laboratory
Able to work with a high level of flexibility transferring between different projects
Able to develop robust fit for purpose analytical methods
Able to drive continuous improvement and build product understanding
