As the Product Manager you will be responsible for strategy, design, and management of the consumer mass market product portfolio across our Residential and Small Business customers.

You will lead the development and launch of the customer products across our Solar energy plans.

You will play an integral role in leading the development of Customer Value Proposition for these products which must meet customer needs and create differentiation, whilst aligning to strategy and delivering sustainable growth to AGL.

           

What you’ll be doing:

  • Development of product strategy and roadmaps for customer products for residential & SME segments.
  • Innovation & design of customer products through use of best practise design methodologies (including customer journey mapping)
  • Lifecycle management (including performance and CX)
  • P&L management and business case development
  • Project management, end-to-end, large and small-scale programs and initiatives.
  • Understanding and implementation of regulatory changes related to your portfolio

About You

An experience product or proposition professional, you will bring a strong background in developing product strategy, road mapping and lifecycle management.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Demonstrated experience in product or proposition development and lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience in balancing commercial needs and first-class customer outcomes
  • Strong experience & skills in P&L management and business case development
  • Ability to draw upon insights and deliver conclusive and substantiated recommendations
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
