- Roles and Responsibilities
- Business development of refrigerator and Washing machine for TCL India
- Product Roadmap Development and New Product Introduction for India Market
- Factory shortlisting and coordination for material indent, cost control, Product Lineup issues and MIS
- Coordination with internal team for GTM strategy, marketing and promotion Activities
- Monthly Purchase, Sales and Inventory Planning in association with SCM and Sales Team
- Team Coordination for PO’s, RLFR placement and day to day activities for respective product categories.
- Competitor and price benchmarking, KSP comparison.
- Product Demonstration, Training coordination and partner management for respective product categories
- Target Achievement as decided by Management
- Cost Control including marketing and SCM Operations
- Other tasks assigned by the senior manager;
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor degree business management, electronic engineering or other similar majors
- Over 8 years working experience in consumer electronics industry (Ref & Washing Machine is better)
- Familiar with MS office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM and SAP system;
- Good at English speaking, listening, writing, reading;
- Good communication and coordination skill, Able to make good relationship with Channel Partners
- Result oriented with strong written and oral communication skill
