Cadence’s Digital Implementation & Signoff Product Marketing team is hiring for a Product Marketing Manager focused on product and strategy definition and execution for Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software. The position will have responsibility for delivering business and technology goals for Innovus, the digital implementation product, and working with broader digital full flow products and strategy.
The job responsibilities include product management for digital implementation solutions, customer design wins, competitive assessments, product positioning and feature roadmap development. Additional responsibilities include; working with the field and engineering teams in an in-bound product management role; presenting to customers, developing collateral (presentations, datasheets, white-papers, articles, videos), representing Cadence at trade shows and conferences. Also, the candidate for this role will need to possess strategic thinking, technical depth, strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and able to travel globally when virus restrictions allow.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- 2+ years of experience in chip design environment. Should understand terms such as floorplan, clock tree syntheses, DRM, static timing analysis.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA (Masters in Business Administration) or MS in a technical field with solid business aptitude is advantageous
- Skill in program planning and management, business development
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams of internal and external partners and customers
- Ability to translate customer and industry requirements and trends into product roadmaps, solutions, and business growth
- Understanding of industry technology trends such as advanced node migration and machine learning
