BASIC FUNCTION: As Product Specialist for NEW HOLLAND Tractors, in particular for all tractors produced in India as well as the compact range, you will be charged with managing your product portfolio as a business unit sharing P&L and Market Share responsibility with the different sub regions within the AMEA organization. Your responsibilities include supporting markets with product related enquiries, and supporting the sales teams with the necessary technical expertise to enable them on successfully selling NEW HOLLAND tractors. It will require extensive travel in AMEA countries / 50 % of the time. As Product Specialist, you will be required to build up a complete knowledge about the product and create value proposition for it. You will be challenged to find creative ways with the sales team to articulate this value proposition in the market. As a link between global brand product leads and the markets within AMEA, you will act as point of first reference gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, identifying product gaps. As product specialist you will also identify potential new markets for your product profile, stay informed of any competing products on the market, assist with market intelligence to develop pricing strategies, and support markets with the launch of the tractor ranges within the specific territories. In addition, you will be responsible for the marketing, advertising and sales aids, ensuring that the product supports CNHI’s overall strategy & goals.
