What you will be doing
As our Production Laborer, you will primarily be responsible for packaging and labeling products, as well as loading and unloading shipments. This position also provides the opportunity to assist with light chemical production activities, providing an opportunity to learn our business for potential advancement.
Specifically, job duties will include:
• Packaging and labeling bulk chemical products following instructions;
• Loading and unloading shipments using a forklift;
• Assisting with chemical production, including sampling and QC testing, weighing and staging chemicals, and following batch instructions;
• Other duties as needed.
Who we are looking for
Our success is based on individuals who are ready to make the most of their skills and prepared to tackle any challenges they face. As well as your high school diploma or GED, you should have forklift certification or willingness to obtain this certificate.
We’ll also be looking for:
• Ability to physically wear a respirator, climb stairs, and periodically lift 70 pounds.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Attention to detail.
Experience working in an industrial environment or warehouse would be helpful, but not required.

This is a full-time, day shift position at our Palm Commodities International, LLC facility in LaVergne, TN.
