We are looking for a Project Coordinator to schedule and coordinate special orders and special projects by performing the required duties. Must have good problem-solving, communication, customer focus, initiative, organization, sense of urgency and good time management, and attention to details.

Education:

An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related discipline from a college or university, and/or at least 2+ years of experience in a related field in lieu of a degree.

What you will need to succeed:

Moderate understanding of industry trends, market forces, and customer expectations is required. Solid to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, and extensive Customer Service experience.

Prefer 3 years of experience scheduling and coordinating projects.

Primary duties include; contact customers and forward technical and commercial information and documents to customers and sales team. Establish priorities for specific customer orders. Interfaces between customer, sales team and the factory on purchase orders and related issues.
