At Ternium we are looking for students from Mechanical and / or Electromechanical Engineering to work as Project Engineering Assistant at our Canning Industrial Plant.
The Engineering and Environment Directorate is in charge of implementing projects, surveying, proposing, coordinating and executing investment plans in Ternium, with the aim of implementing production, improving quality, the environment, safety and conditions. work of the company’s staff, ensuring the satisfaction of the needs of the external and internal client. It is a center of expertise dedicated to designing and implementing investment projects for the steel industry.
You will have the Project to provide technical assistance in the integral management of the following projects in the stages of engineering, supplies, assembly and start-up of:
- New finishing furnace and water quench LPB
- Paint booth safety improvements
- Water treatment
- Sealers for new Ternium brand seal
You can carry out the following responsibilities :
- Generation of technical specifications.
- Definition of basic engineering, detail and review.
- Provisions management.
- Work inspection and coordination.
- Assistance in the generation of quality protocols for start-up.
Requirements :
• University students of Mechanical and / or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Have 50% of the approved degree.
• Residence in the South Zone of GBA or Downtown CABA (with free charter).
• Part-time availability (20 hours per week)
