Your tasks:
- cooperation with the Senior Management Team (WKK) and Members of the Management Board in establishing the PZU Group’s project goals and project goals for WKK as part of the management by objectives system,
- support for the implementation of strategic goals and verification of project activities aimed at achieving the assumed values of strategic measures,
- supervising the implementation of the project portfolio and within this portfolio,
- monitoring of the project portfolio in terms of timeliness, quality and achievement of set goals
- supervision, initiation and implementation of projects: conducting analyzes, defining assumptions and resources, creating schedules, controlling compliance with the adopted strategy and procedures.
We are waiting for you if:
- you have 5 years of professional experience in project or portfolio management and team management (welcome),
- you have experience in consulting / strategic management and change management,
- you can carry out analyzes and interpret their results,
- you know how to run projects that implement growth strategies for financial institutions,
- you can build long-term relationships with people at different levels of the organization,
- you can boast a certificate confirming knowledge of project management methodologies,
- you know English well,
- you have higher education (master’s degree) with an economic profile.
