What you will be doing

The QEHS Coordinator in PW&IL ensures steady flow of department activities by monitoring Quality and EHS systems and procedures with good understanding of the processes. The QEHS Coordinator leads actions to improve quality and EHS systems. This position closely works with Corporate EHS and Quality departments in order to align practices and apply same system.
1.    Coordinate daily Quality and EHS activities within his/her domain
2.    Promote Quality and QEHS awareness through training and related activities. Approve required work-permit document mainly related to high hazard.
3.    Responsible for QEHS part in MOC/ECR and related documentation, training employees
4.    Responsible for internal audits and working as key point for external ones.
5.    Responsible for the good quality of the FTA’s and corrective action request contents. Follow up all actions timely

Who we are looking for

1.    Education:
–    BS in engineering(chemistry, metallurgy, materials science or similar, quality management) with minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing plant
2.    Technical skills
–    Knowledge of EHS regulations and ISO 9001/14001 requirements
–    Experience in Kaizen philosophy and FMEA application are preferred
–    Good written and spoken English communication.
–    Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to work in a changing environment
–    Ability to work in a matrix organization
