Skills and Experience
- CIPD qualified with strong knowledge of legislation/ policies/procedures / key standards of compliance and HR governance
- Solid understanding of employment law – disciplinaries, grievances, restructures etc.
- Experience of working as a Business Partner with the ability to demonstrate delivery of HR initiatives and programmes
- Knowledge of the insurance industry or financial industry
- Exposure to working in an acquisitive business/M&A environment would be beneficial
