Description of Team / Department

Agg’s Team of 5 + Asphalt Team 5

Purpose of / Responsibilities of the role

Operate Mobile plant to high standards to move material around site or load onto external lorries, weigh out materials over our Weighbridge

To maintain the mobile plant in a good order physically and with re-fuelling, greasing, cleaning in accordance with the manufacturers and Hanson recommendations.

To ensure all plant is operated as economically as possible.

To complete daily inspection sheets of the conditions of mobile plant.

To report problems or defects of mobile plant to the General Foreman/Manager.

To complete near miss reports as required by Site Management

To operate the weighbridge in accordance with all procedures/ site rules

Skills / Experience

IT Competency , QCF Level – MPQC Level for Mobile
