Recruiting Specialist

As the Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for being an expert in managing and delivering the full life cycle of recruitment solutions to achieve business and recruitment objectives to develop Sartorius as an employer of choice. The goal is to proactively partner with all relevant stakeholders, e.g. global and local HR partners, to ensure effective talent acquisition delivery in adherence with regional needs.

 

What you will accomplish together with us:

  • Develop and implement robust and delivery focussed recruitment solutions
  • Work closely with the Head of Employer Branding and Recruitment to turn strategy into operational reality
  • Evolve recruitment processes in line with industry best practice, allied to business demand
  • Develop and implement a direct sourcing led recruitment approach
  • Assess and test talent acquisition solutions and integrate into operating model, for example social sourcing, talent pooling
  • Effectively manage and develop collaboration in a team of recruitment specialists
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure effectiveness and efficiency

 

What will convince us:

  • Academic degree in Business Administration or similar qualification
  • 5+ years of recruitment related experience in house or in an agency that encompasses utilizing an ATS (Workday ATS experience is a definite plus.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of recruitment trends, tools, recruitment-related compliance and best practices
  • Experience working collaboratively within global teams and in project management
  • Experience with recruitment of niche, technical positions within the Life Sciences industry is a definite plus
  • Customer focus with a high level of stakeholder management
