Regional Management Systems & Audit Specialist

The role is responsible to lead system capabilities and data visualization is imperative to deliver the data capabilities that can drive decisions. Lead in rollout of innovative tools to a large group of business stakeholders, assures metrics required for reporting is met and reports are created to communicate results, support the influence of global HSE Management System regarding regional requirements and provide tools to support the implementation across APAC, support alignment of regional solutions with all aspects of the Bayer CHS Mgmt. Systems and support the HSE Management System core functions in APAC business including training, audits, data reporting (internal/external), HSE IT systems.

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support continuous optimization of IT driven HSE processes
  • Support the development and integration of a process oriented HSE management system (following acknowledged international standards) for APAC.
  • Maintains and further improve current systems (such as SharePoint, Power Apps, team sites, Intelex reporting objects, Spotfire visualization objects and other internal data analysis solution on Microsoft Office environment) and manages the interface of new or existing systems in a manner that allows us to deliver the capabilities required by company and compliance driven requirements.
  • Coordinate and develop the training effort including User Guides for all users for IT management systems; including system changes, upgrades and new implementations.
  • Partner and collaborate across regions to align and standardize process solutions
  • Recommend HSE policy and procedure improvements to regional CHS
  • Management system incl. in particular processes like auditing, performance evaluation, continuous improvement cycle

WHO YOU ARE:

  • BS Degree or higher in HSE, Engineering, Science, or related fields, Management Systems preferred.
  • 2-3 years of auditing or management systems experience preferable in HSE field.
  • Business fluent in English both written and spoken; ideally proficiency of one more language spoken in the region.
  • Strong computer and documentation skills, especially office tools and SharePoint.
  • Collaborates well with different stakeholder
  • Open to experimentation and innovation.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Project Management Skills preferred
