JOB DESCRIPTION

Role:

 

  • Responsible for NTB acquisition of customers.
  • Customer acquisition through referrals.
  • Responsible for meeting customers / prospects.
  • Ensuring growth of overall relationship value of the customers
  • Cross sell of third party products like MF, Insurance, Gold etc.
  • Customer Profiling, Customer education about product and services
  • Speed and efficiency in services rendered
  • Sales targets for bank and investment products.
  • Going beyond the professional need of the customer by providing other products. Enhancement of customer value
  • To manage Cost efficiency through process
  • Customer Retention
