We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to join our manufacturing site in Laverton.
You will maximise value creation and overall business performance through, effective management of the site minor engineering projects, process improvements, and ASAHI WAY best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Effective coordination of Central Engineering standards and initiatives with risk mitigation through technical delivery
- Support the business strategic agenda through technology enhancement and new product implementation
- Identification and systematic releasing of process bottlenecks which limit overall plant capacity
- Operational improvement through the evaluation and appropriate implementation via automation, process control, documentation, FMEA, preventive maintenance and current industry standards
- Identification and engineering of plant and equipment changes necessary to achieve enhanced product quality
About you
- Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
- 2-5 years’ experience in an Engineering / Maintenance environment
- Experience in Reliability management
- Some experience in FMCG/Food manufacturing desirable
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, initiative and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
