Job Description
Primary and Secondary duties:
Project Management
Manage projects within the Aftermarket Solutions Organization involving different company departments.
Lead and support ICT projects involving different teams.
Responsible of defining applications roadmap with ICT department
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables coordinating the different countries/resources.
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the projects to all stakeholders.
Process Management
Evaluate and Design processes; implement them and finally measure/monitor/control business processes.
Work collaboratively across all departments to help improving the management of a business process (end-to-end).
Introduce innovation into the processes that can impact results, assisting the department to meet its objectives and goals.
Business Intelligence
Support business community to explain and clarify tools’ results and sharing knowledge and best practices in data extraction and manipulation.
Drive the AMS organization versus a global/standard reporting
Leadership/Team Management Responsibility:
Direct reports in India, Australia, Italy and Russia.
He will need to liaise with countries’ AMS leaders and world-wide AMS leaders.
Essential experience and skills:
Good knowledge ERP systems and their integrations (finance, catalogue, WMS)
Good knowledge of CNH AMS organization, processes and policies
Experience in project management activities (5 years)
Education: MSc/BSc in Information Technology, Engineering or Supply Chain. Project Management Certifications are a plus.
