Job Description

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● At least 3 years of TAC experience Networking domain

● Good interpersonal skills, for effective communication with business and technical teams.

● Strong exposure to packet capture level troubleshooting.

● Proven track record of successful and timely delivery of assigned tasks.

● Technical Support experience in networking domain

● will Experience on Arista Equipment have added advantage

● Experience in Spine-leaf Arch (L2LS/L3LS), MLAG, VXLAN, EVPN, BGP, OSPF and other Networking protocols and concepts.

● Daily monitoring of Arista setup

● All kind of upgrade e.g. OS patch, vulnerability for Arista Devices

● Module Configurations and optimizations

● Additional feature configuration

● Induction of New Arista Switches into running fabric

● Perform UAT on newly deployed nodes

● Hardening of New Arista Switches

● Support for initial troubleshooting of all hardware /software related issues & coordination with Arista Technical Assistance Center

● Create a plan of Action to install updates /patches and bug fixes as and when required

● Documentation updates to HLD & LLD including diagram

● Provide automation solutions to the customer using existing APIs available in Arista platforms.

● Reporting – mutually agreed on report sharing – Daily/Weekly/Monthly

● Coordinating with the Arista team for Product Lifecycle management for installed products.

● Network audit: Configuration review and compliance, Configuration assistance and best practices, Design

review assistance and best practices

● Network Operations: Technical troubleshooting support on Arista equipment; Customer escalation liaison with

Arista TAC; Help Desk support; Managing trouble tickets and gathering input for analysis; Generate monthly

high level reports on trouble Tickets.

 

Education

● BE/B. Tech/MCA

● Additional certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CWNA will be an advantage

 

Qualifications

Strong engineering and Computer Science fundamentals
