Revenue Assurance Analyst

The Revenue Assurance Analyst will perform account analysis for assigned vertical customers in escalated cases as well as interface with clients and Workforce Solutions staff on customer revenue affected issues to troubleshoot and facilitate resolutions. What You’ll Do

  • Serves as a liaison between Billing, Finance, Sales and Accounting
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, and make recommendations
  • Maintain key reports and KPI’s that support the health of the department
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances in a timely manner
  • Resolve intermediate disputes, discrepancies, audits, general accounting request and uncertainties concerning customer profiles, billing, and invoicing. Review billing postings and month-end closing process

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years performing the duties outlined above
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to work with (& present) to senior managers
  • Analytical mind, ability to interpret sets of information and communicate it in an easy to understand style
  • Intermediate Excel , Powerpoint skills
