Reward Data Analyst

Join us in this role where you’ll work with Group Reward to produce and maintain the salary matrices for the UK. You’ll be responsible for producing UK P&D KPI packs with analytical content for the UK Leadership teams, developing the UK P&D Power BI dashboard. You’ll help deliver insights and manipulate data to enable the business to make decisions, and you’ll be the guardian of UK HR data ensuring governance rules are adhered to and that the data is clean, recorded, and reportable in all systems.

Welcome to UK P&D
You’ll be part of the UK HR Operations and Reward team where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure the UK HR infrastructure is working.  We’re able to deliver HR services to the business in a legal and compliant manner. You’ll work with the business and HR colleagues to deliver reports and insights gained from our data across various systems.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • ensuring we have a correct set of salary data points for our salary matrix
  • having clean, reliable data to report on providing insights for the business
  • managing statutory and Ørsted’s annual reporting requirements, including gender pay gap reporting each year.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a love of data and data manipulation
  • have an analytical and enquiring mindset
  • have the ability to interpret data objectively to find insights and information
  • have experience of pulling different data sets together.
