Sales Administrator

Reporting to the Sales Intelligence Manager, The Sales Administration Executive will be a direct support to our sales and retention channels, carrying out daily administration tasks, distribution of workload to front line, management of the GIH sales mailboxes amongst other business critical tasks.

To ensure we serve our customers with the highest level of service you will be required to work closely with departments such as customer service, underwriting, billing and claims to reach positive outcomes in a timely manner.

Collating vital insight and information that will feed in to the wider operation the Sales Administration executive will play a key part in a team that will be pro-actively analysing key business drivers, designing plans and setting comprehensive goals to maximise performance and productivity.

Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions / Results:

Ensure daily administration tasks are completed in a timely manner as requested by sales and retentions operation
Amend customers policies within set SLAs
Work closely with team members to achieve set KPIs and SLAs ensuring all statistics are within or above agreed criteria.
Analysis and allocation of leads received on a daily basis;
Distribution of cancellation cases within SLA to ensure customer request fulfilled within timely manner
Reporting on lead volumes & distribution per team;
Management of GIH email and voicemail inbox ensuring customer enquires distributed;
Manual allocation of leads where necessary; distributing leads in fair and unbiased manner;
Working closely with departments such as billing, underwriting, finance and marketing to ensure the highest level of efficiency and improvements
Suggest recommendations for process improvement to Team Manager always looking to strive for increased efficiency
Responding to marketing campaigns & lead uplift to ensure sales teams are fully supported;
Ad-hoc reporting to support business initiatives and projects.
Carry out ad hoc tasks as required to meet business needs

Skills and Experience:

Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook with basic system navigation skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workload, essential to achieving targets and accuracy
Ability to work productively in an extremely focused, concentrated and pressurised environment
Be a team player and ability to work towards and achieve both individual and team targets
Ability to work on own initiative and apply instructions from supervisor
Must be flexible and be able to adapt to frequently changing processes
Conscientious with excellent attention to detail Regulatory awareness would be an advantage.
Self-starter who can work without constant supervision;
Experience with Salesforce;
