As a Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for enabling deeper customer relationships by understanding the voice of the customer and Micron Strategy. The ability to transform data into insights about customer’s motivations and turning those insights into strategy to execution will be a key component for this role. It will be necessary for you to collaborate with the customer and internal account teams to ensure market share and sales plan goals are met, while considering Micron’s best interest. In this role, you will continually strive towards our sales objectives, maintain outstanding customer experience, revenue optimization, account planning, and professional development.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Ownership and oversight of Customer Service and Support related scorecard items

Co-own current quarter Account Sales Plan attainment with Field Sales

Proactive monitoring/analyzing of sales forecast

Ensuring adherence to contractual obligations

Pricing analysis, execution, and communication

Customer market intelligence activities and reporting

Engagement in Customer Escalation

Ensure adherence to contractual obligations

Identify and drive for continuous improvement including the establishment of global best practices for exceptional customer experience

Transform data into insights to drive revenue growth

Education

Required

Bachelors Degree

  • Related field of study

Experience

Required

5+ years related experience preferable.

  • Adaptable in a highly dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and multi-task.
  • Self-starter, Self-motivated, driven, dedicated, and willing to learn with a strong desire for team success.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate fluently, English is desirable; additional languages are considered an asset.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP/CRM systems (ideally SAP, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Model N).
