Role description:

In order to strengthen the Sales Team, we are looking for a Sales and Training Specialist who will support the Sales Manager in the execution of sales administration and analyses, providing assistance and support for sales, marketing, logistics and administrative functions and last but not least managing dealer network training and compliance.
As Sales and Training Specialist you will ensure accurate pre-owned reporting in line with dealer financial statements, monitor order production status as well as pre owned dealer stock and residual value and maintain modisCS dealer intelligence.
Part of your responsibility will be the Annual training plan, implementation of classroom training both for global courses and local developed courses, training feedback, improvement plan and provide support in local training vendor selection and training venue selection. You will also have to manage training revenue and cost to ensure annual budget is met.
Required profile:
In order to succeed in this challenging commercial role, we are looking for a graduate profile (Bachelor or Master Degree ideally in Business, Marketing, Finance or related fields) with 2 years of working experience, ideally in a multinational company.
Ideally, you should have a very positive approach and good understanding of commercial and relevant operations, as well as policies and procedures within the organization.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with strong presentation skills as well as good command of Microsoft OA are mandatory.
