Sales & Engagement Manager

We’re looking for a Sales and Enagement Manager who is proactive, with an enthusiastic personality to be the face of our new and existing

You will work with a range of global teams and consumer markets – all with their cultural and religious nuances that you will thrive to seek and understand.  You are driven to overachieve growth targets and applying creative flair and innovation in taking this exciting product to a global consumer audience.

• Ensure successful Go to Market of products & new capabilities to existing and prospect base to maximise commercial benefit through a combination of engagement, education and sales
• Be the voice of ID marketing across our partners
• Put the customer at the centre of all activity in collaboration with partners to deliver strategies and ideas to drive user subscriptions
• Regular reporting of progress of subscriber growth to stakeholders
• Define campaign roadmaps to test new capabilities to existing and prospect base and maximise commercial benefits with the consumer base
• Be the expert voice and ‘go to’ person for internal and external stakeholders on how the product solves consumers needs
• Build and own partner account plans in order to meet sale sand growth targets

This is a global role and so location is flexible, but proficient English is a must. Along with being prepared to travel (when it’s safe to resume) to serve our partners needs and forge lasting relationships.

• Successful results with end-to-end B2C/ B2B2C lifecycle marketing, and execution of winning marketing strategies and plans, ideally in a subscription based environment
• Strategic thinker – combine classic strategic marketing skills with experience in multi-channel marketing/distribution of practical products and services.
• Superior relationship-building and influence management skills in interactions with senior leaders, peers, internal and external partners.
• Experience in driving lead generation and nurturing programs
• Strong creative thinking (benefits marketing and customer orientation).
• A proven track record of driving results with a SAAS product
• Comfortable with ambiguity of a start-up environment, able to manage multiple competing priorities with strong attention to detail.
