Job Purpose
We are looking for a Sales and Fleet Administrator reporting directly to the Fleet Administration Team leader. This is a local, based in Warwick.
You will provide support to the sales team in managing National Fleet contracts.
It will be your responsibility to build and maintain great stakeholder relationships, your focus will be to provide outstanding customer service.
You will create monthly invoices to our fleet customers as well as ensuring our dealer network are paid in accordance with the SLAs. In addition you will be responsible for ensuring daily queries raised by our fleet and dealer customers are handled effectively.

Requirements:
Previous experience of working in a customer facing role
Good working knowledge of Microsoft systems, strong excel skills would be highly advantageous
Analytical thinker
Able to demonstrate problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
High commitment customer service
Attention to detail
The ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
The ability to work to targets and timescales
Whilst knowledge of a working in a Fleet environment would be beneficial, enthusiasm and the determination to succeed are more important to us
