Scope
This position will analyze monthly/quarterly fines received on all Walmart orders (Domestic and International) and collaborate with cross functional teams to support TTI’s performance against Walmart’s OTIF guidelines. The Sales Operations Analyst will be a multi-tasker who can determine root cause and solve problems in a fast-paced environment, analyze OTIF (on-time & in-full) metrics, and work with team members across the organization, including:
• DC Administration, Finance, Sales Order Team, Supply Chain, and other key stake holders to best influence and improve OTIF performance.
Primary Responsibilities
• Uses SAP, customer’s replenishment portal (Retail Link) and Excel to create OTIF summaries
• Investigates fines by comparing actuals vs. expectation.
• Determines root cause problems and recommends solutions to rectify issues.
• Working with associate team members in determining next steps on valid/invalid deductions.
• Present and lead monthly meetings with key stake holders (OTIF Team) on OTIF analysis.
• Responsible for pro-actively monitoring and analyzing performance against Walmart OTIF guidelines and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Drive a 98% OTIF Performance level for the Walmart business.
• Create monthly/quarterly executive summary reports showing OTIF fines, actual/valid deductions, etc.
• Assist with the reduction of OTIF fines month over month, year over year

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education & experience, required.
• Excellent computer and technological skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and strong working knowledge of customer replenishment systems (i.e. GRS, Retail Link)
• Experience with replenishment for Walmart is a plus
• Able to execute strategies and follow up with minimal guidance
• Advanced analytical skills: able to report performance metrics, interpret data, and clearly communicate results
• Problem solving, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail are required skills for this role
