A Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to our local homebuilding division. You will be part of a dynamic, winning team that works together to exceed our business objectives. As our homebuilding operation grows, your experience with organization, business applications, problem-solving, finding efficiencies, and leading innovation in an office setting will be an asset to you in this position.
Primary Responsibilities
- Accurate data entry
- Analyze data
- Track and monitor the progress of a sale through the new construction pipeline
- Schedule settlement dates with and communicate updates to customers
- Prepare settlement documentation and coordinate with lenders, appraisers, attorneys and title companies for settlement-related details
- Gain exposure to administrative needs for the construction side of our business
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, 365 and One Note a Plus
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Enjoys building relationships with both internal and external contacts
- Experience learning new IT systems and applications
- Self-starter able to work independently and with an administrative team
- Organized with a strong attention to detail
- Sales, settlement, loan or appraisal processing experience in Real Estate or Homebuilding is a plus
