SAP-PM Support Coordinator

We are seeking a SAP PM Support Coordinator to join our team in Darwin on a permanent basis. This position will assist the SAP subject matter experts (SME) in the creation, planning, development and implementation of master data and act as the focal point for security roles in the SAP PM Computerized Maintenance Management System.

Reporting to the Senior Onshore Operations Planner, the role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team in creating, maintaining and improving the consistency and accuracy of all SAP master data used for operations maintenance onsite.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the INPEX policies and procedures.  Ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment at all times.
  • Assist in the Development and maintenance of Master data for planning and scheduling activities to ensure all plans are available for issue from SAP as per the prescribed planning horizons.
  • Create daily, weekly and monthly metrics using data from SAP.
  • Conduct the required audits and issue regular KPI reporting.
  • Manage the SAP PM Support initiative collaborating with other SAP Master Data Team Members where required.
  • Provide support for SAP PM, MM, BW and Workflow to Managers, Team Leaders, Planners, and Engineers.
  • Ensure data quality checks are carried out on a regular base and any anomalies addressed.
  • Comply with the management of change process ensuring all data accurately reflects equipment installed and operated within the assets.
  • Ensure all persons utilizing SAP PM have the required system and process knowledge and competencies; assisting with training as required.

 

Key qualifications, skills and experience required:

 

  • Mechanical or Electrical Trade Certificate or Engineering Degree. Non degree or Trade background personnel will be considered where experience is significant and competence of relevant aspects at engineering/trade level can be demonstrated.
  • Significant functional experience in SAP Plant Maintenance including but not limited to:
  • Implementing and supporting the integration touch points between SAP PM and the related SAP modules HR, MM and other areas.
  • Operations experience and in-depth knowledge work management processes covering Work identification, prioritization, planning, scheduling, execution, closeout and KPI reporting.
  • Understanding of assurance-based activities e.g. environmental and production critical elements, performance standard related tasks.
  • Experience in the use of reliability centered maintenance (RCM), risk-based inspections (RBI) and safety integrity level (SIL) technologies,
  • High level of computer literacy, Excel (advance level), Visio, PowerPivot, Power Query and Business Intelligence.
