Job Title – Senior Experience Lead
As an Experience Lead you will be responsible to orchestrate and drive the design strategy for new solutions and experiences for enterprise healthcare customers. You will lead the translation of promising but sometimes still vague ideas into clear solution propositions. You work with in conjunction with business and Design leaders to understand the needs and experiences of users and other stakeholders, using that insight to establish clear direction for the experience strategy and positioning of new solutions
As an Experience Lead you will be responsible to orchestrate and drive design strategy for new solutions and experiences for enterprise healthcare customers. You will lead the translation of promising but sometimes still vague ideas into clear solution propositions. You work with others to understand the needs and experiences of users and other stakeholders, using that insight to establish clear direction for the experience strategy and positioning of new solutions.
Driving the generation of people, business and market insights for the program, aligning project scope with overall program objectives.
Leading the creative output of a multi-disciplinary or cross business team, orchestrating solutions and experiences across touchpoints and working with the Design Business Partner to define the creative vision for a project, program or domain.
Driving operational excellence and efficiency of the team in context of the E2E process, taking responsibility for the design quality of the delivery, reporting output to the Design Business Partner
Focusing on the customer, inspiring change towards internal and external stakeholders, with clear and impactful communication and articulation of experience strategy and design direction
Fostering effective teamwork to deliver on business and quality objectives, giving guidance to team members, being respectful and inclusive, driving performance, quality and integrity
Job Overview

Leads solution creation of a project team, thinking holistically in eco-systems
Independently leads projects of average complexity with good understanding of budget and time constraints, driving efficiency and holding project level design quality reviews
Works together with or consulting business stakeholders, actively managing relationships and challenging the status quo to drive innovation and step-up for the user
Effectively guides internal and external resources on project basis.
Has professional experience in the field, contributes to knowledge creation and has a good understanding of related fields to think in holistic solutions (‘Tshaped’)
Able to lead and guide a small team on Project level with good stakeholder management and influencing skills, understanding relation between Business goals and Design goals
Taking strong ownership to drive success as a team.
Able to reframe the problem based on user insights and taking a higher level perspective to deal with complexity, thinking in models and visualizing scenario’s.
Leading user centric innovation with a lean and experiment based learning approach, thinking holistically in ecosystems
Acting independently, taking ownership for successful delivery of Projects and escalating appropriately when needed

Education: Bachelor/ master’s degree in design, Design Research or related discipline, or equivalent professional Design training experience
Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience with apparent leadership potential.
Demonstrable design or design research experience from relevant companies, agencies, institutions or own consultancy.)
Experience in enterprise software development, working within an agile development approach
Experience with Sketch, InVision, Axure, and similar design and prototyping tools
Strong analytical, creative and visual craft skills
Working knowledge of mobile and web technologies and prototyping tools
Collaborative team player, Self-motivated, pro-active thinker
Good verbal and written skills.
