SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER – TRANSFORMATION

About THE ROLE

The PVH HR team are a group of focused, forward thinking and commercial individuals all passionate about offering an outstanding Associate experience.

Working at pace, the team operate autonomously and have the creative license to really deliver solutions that enable their stakeholders across the business.

The Senior HR Business Partner – Transformation is a new role, introduced to design, support and lead the integration and alignment of the UK+ and the Netherlands markets. Currently standalone and reporting into the Senior HR Director, you will be responsible for leading transformation projects and other business initiatives in partnership with the full HR team and Leadership teams to support organisational and strategic vision and alignment.

Responsibilities include:

Manage complex, cross functional projects and programs across HR, working with subject matter experts and business leaders on key project deliverables to ensure execution of defined outcomes.

Lead on organisational design in partnership with the full Senior HR team and Leadership team members, going through discovery, implementation and lessons learnt

Support with change initiatives focused constantly on driving a better people experience, people accountability and efficiencies.

Produce and develop change materials and communication (in collaboration with our Talent team) to support overall change delivery to ensure smooth transition through transformation

Review current HR process and explore opportunities to align and adapt current processes with the Workday system.

Run projects with limited guidance, provide regular status updates to stakeholders, and creating project wrap up and lessons learnt to demonstrate project success, deliverables, and outcomes in a clear and succinct way.

Manage prioritization and collaboration across various initiatives by influencing key internal partners, promote knowledge sharing and drive best practices.

Anticipate potential risks or issues and implement appropriate remedies to effectively mitigate or remove barriers to project success.

Establish effective relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders of all levels including senior leadership, geographically distributed project team members, cross-functional stakeholders, and if required vendors.

Drive best practices, promote knowledge sharing and close collaboration.

Partner with business stakeholders to ensure change plans align to strategic aims

Work closely with the full HR team to support transition to BAU

Manage relationships with key stakeholders as required to implement the desired business changes.

Work closely across European HR teams to fully understand current ‘as is’ processes and propose best ‘to be’. Review requirements from system and team and map proposed changes, calculating risk and cost

About YOU

Familiar with change, transformation and project practices on cross functional projects involving change management within a fast-paced, global, and dynamic organization.

Knowledge of project lifecycle phases, project management tools and significant experience managing multiple projects to deadlines, holding others accountable, and maintaining project plans with dependent efforts and major milestones.

An experienced HR practitioner with strong HR knowledge, change management and organisational design

Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and Analysis skills, with the ability to use data and information to tell a story to relevant stakeholders. Expertise in synthesizing data and information to impact relevant outcomes is a must.

Proven team player with demonstrated abilities to work collaboratively and influence those with whom no formal hierarchical relationship exists

Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills

Strong decision-making ability with high curiosity to improve efficiencies and ways of working

Highly organized, exceptional time management and task prioritization abilities

Experience in developing and implementing strategic workforce plans

Strong knowledge and experience of change management

Experience of leading change using agile methodologies

Experience of using analytical methods and data visualisation tools to articulate organisation structures

Collaborative team player, who recognises and values the roles of others and focuses on effective delivery as a team

Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and engage across all levels

Experience of delivering large organisational design programmes

Experience of working within a fast paced environment

Experience of Workday beneficial but not essential
