Cadence is looking for an intelligent, motivated individual to join our corporate accounting team as a Senior Accountant. In this role, you will assume ownership of various aspects of accounting and financial reporting for an international subsidiary. You will also work closely with the collective accounting team on various aspects of the corporate financial close process, including preparation of supporting schedules, general ledger account reconciliations and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:

Ownership of various aspects of accounting, including maintenance and reconciliation of specified general ledger accounts, financial reporting and compliance for an international subsidiary

Collaborate with a global team of cross-functional professionals, including Tax, FP&A and Treasury

Assist in the consolidated accounting close and financial reporting process

Other ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
-
4+ years of accounting experience or 3+ years in a Big 4 accounting firm

Desire and ability to learn and develop in a professional setting

Licensed CPA preferred

Accounting experience within the technology industry

Experience with consolidation of foreign entities and foreign currency transactions

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Detail-oriented and ability to work independently and in a team setting

Experience with SAP and process automation preferred
