Your opportunity

 

You will lead your team to design, build and operate ‘match-fit’ analytics solutions to unlock insights by correlating data from wide variety of our systems. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders and other embedded analytics teams to drive the standardisation, roll out and support of data visualisation, data exploration and reporting capabilities.

 

Your responsibilities include:

 

Lead the execution of Analytics technology strategy and roadmap for Scentre Group, partnering with counterparts across broader business including CX Strategy, CX Commercial Delivery, Retail, Leasing, D&C and Technology group.

Explore and evaluate options to standardise and rollout data exploration, data visualisation and reporting capabilities across the business.

Establish processes required to ensure reliable operations and continuous monitoring of analytics solutions, dashboards and reports.

Establish measurements, monitoring and alerting frameworks to proactively address issues in data manipulation and ML pipelines.

Manage the budget for the Analytics Technology team

Overall, you will be a master in building and leading high performing and engaging Analytics teams to deliver complex Analytics solutions in large organisations. You will have advanced skills in data science, AI & ML with demonstrated hands-on experience prototyping and deploying machine learning solutions into production environments. Your ability to establish deep relationships and facilitate communication with your team and stakeholders will be exceptional.

 

Technical skills and knowledge required for success in this role:

 

Expert skills in Tableau / Power BI

Proficient in languages such as Python, R, SQL in the context of data storage and retrieval, machine learning and data manipulation.

Proficiency in Cloud platforms, data lakes / warehousing, data integration and CI/CD pipelines for ML.
