What to do:
- Preparation of an economic feasibility study for the development of templates for calculating budgets for the cost of construction (reconstruction) of objects;
- Verification of calculations and estimate documentation for compliance with the current regulatory documents in the field of construction and pricing in the Russian Federation, the level of average market prices for materials and equipment and the approved project budget;
- Verification of contractual documentation when concluding contracts in terms of pricing;
- Checking / forming a detailed estimate for the construction contract in the process of its implementation
- Analysis of project implementation in terms of pricing and development of optimization options in order to increase economic efficiency;
- Monitoring the level of average market prices for works, basic materials;
- Verification of invoices for payment of advances under general contract / contract / services agreements, materials, equipment for third parties;
- Verification of primary documentation on the work performed for the subsequent signing of acts of work performed and payment;
- Keeping records of work performed (services rendered), formation of cumulative statements, registers, reports;
- Formation of the reliable cost of calculations according to the bill of quantities for work / services, including for tender procedures, the formation of consolidated calculations;
- Representing the interests of the Company in negotiations with counterparties at the stage of the tender on pricing issues.
Our candidate:
- Higher construction, economic education
- Work experience in the estimate department of construction companies from 7 years or more
- Knowledge of the legislation in terms of pricing in construction, the rules and regulations governing construction activities, the pricing process in construction Knowledge of software:
- Possession of the estimated program (Smeta.ru)
- Ability to work with a large volume / array of information
- Willingness to complete the task after passing the interview
