We have a unique opportunity to join the business in a newly created position as an experience Senior Product Manager within the Hand Tools division. Working across a great range of brands, the objective of this role is to drive product launches and manage the development of the product life cycle.
Your key duties and responsibilities:
– Effectively manage a team of product managers through projects, assignments and personal development
– Become the product champion for CPT Hand Tool portfolio
– Manage the product communications, cost, training materials, merchandising direction and product landscape
– Implement and manage new products life cycle; pricing, implementation to business, approvals process and market reviews
– Analysing market trends, sales potential and preparation of sales forecasts
– Reviewal of complaints, feedback and suggestions relating to your product range
– Establish and maintain positive business relationships with internal and external parties
– Support the Business & National Account Managers through the introduction of new products of the Hand Tool portfolios
About you:
Tertiary Qualifications in Business and/or Marketing or other relevant fields
Minimum of six years experience in marketing or product management; knowledge in power tool industry is highly desired
Ability to identify and understand customer needs and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Proficient across Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc) and any additional ERP System is highly desirable
Proven team management and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
