looking for Telecom Billing expert (RBM)

JD & Skills expected:

1. Good understanding of Telecom billing product Rating and Billing Manager.

2. RBM Front end applications: Customer Account Maintenance, System Monitor

3. RBM core rating and billing processes

4. Configuration modules: System config, Rating config, Billing config, product config

Should have understanding of core Rating and Billing functionalities – configurations and customizations, Product configurations, discount handling, invoice processing, reject event handling, revenue assurance, financial reporting etc.

5. Good understanding of PL/SQL Oracle
