Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Main mission of Supply Chain Optimization is to be the contact for all strategic and operational topics, identifying supply chain initiatives that are mutually beneficial (revenue generations and cost reduction) to the adidas Group and our EKA-Local KA, which will provide a long-term impact for both parties.
Secure close collaboration and alignment with Commercial teams, EKA account road maps and SCD for the implementation of the strategic projects in the cluster. Create a virtual network to leverage capabilities and learnings. Shape new opportunities into business case and implement cluster solutions across the markets.
To ensure maximum stock allocation and OTIF results for the EKA-Local KA. Support business financial targets and the “on time” and “in full” delivery highlighting risk and/or opportunities through Europe standard availability reporting tools.
Support the execution of cross functional projects related to the continuous improvement of Supply Chain Operations in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide service excellent to all relevant interfaces and drive activities to ensure on time product availability for EKA and strategic accounts
Monitor frequently order book availability by using COTA projection / ARUN preview and analyze COTA and OTIF gap results to identify actions delays through challenging Supply Chain
Evaluate COTIF trends and conversion in the cluster and working with key business partners for continuously improving alignment and supply chain efficiencies
Guide and connect business and operational meetings with Sales/Customer Service
Provide KPI-pack for EKA’s and strategic KA s including SCM performance & comments transparency
Provide tracking availability information key accounts with specific focus on COTA projection, air freight, not bought, conversion to direct shipment
Evaluate pro-actively critical sales orders and take corrective actions with relevant stakeholders
Follow-up of all decisions and ensure that all required activities based on the meeting are executed
Monitor dedicated conversion using European standard reporting, understanding reason/strategy for non-conversion; maximize dedicated orders and conversion working with key stakeholders to support order efficiency programs.
Collaborate and provide service excellence for direct shipment flow and EKA-business with SCM-interfaces and EUROPEAN -Markets/Regions and support order fulfillment process alignments with the goal of making continuous business improvements within Europe organization; highlight requirements, include process documentation and initiating ideas for improvements;
Support on day-to-day activities to ensure on time execution on all sales order book related to all Key Accounts or Direct Shipment of incoming to centralized mail-box (point of contact from Sales/Customer Service and European Distribution Centers)
Collaborate with members of the MO&O team in all clusters to establish holistic and consistent working practices
Participation in workshop/trainings for SAP upgrades and support regression testing

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Fluent in English and local language, both written and verbal
Background and in-depth knowledge in Supply and Sales/Customer Service environment and mechanics
Proven ability to achieve tight deadlines and work under pressure in constantly changing environment
Strong commercial awareness and including customer profile knowledge
SAP AFS knowledge
Strong evidence of reporting and analytical skills
Operational and commercial experience/mind-set
Demonstrated innovation with a proven ability to be flexible and embrace change, taking ownership to improve efficiencies
Strong MS Office (excel, outlook, word, power point) skills and ability to adapt internal IT systems (Micro Strategy)
Strong team player and strong communication skills with proven ability to work cross functionality
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum of Qualifications:
4 year college or university degree required, focus on Logistics or Supply Chain preferred
2+ years related work experience preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree
Industry experience preferred
First project experience
