Position Overview
The AR Systems & Products Integration team is responsible for development, launch, and lifecycle support of Amazon Robotic Fulfillment Centers worldwide. We’re searching for a customer obsessed and innovative Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to manage the development and international delivery of a portfolio of technical systems. This role requires the Sr TPM to work across Industrial Design, Hardware Engineering and Software Engineering teams within Robotics as well as partner teams across Amazon Operations and Engineering teams. The position will report within the product management organization.

As a successful candidate you will have a passion for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance digital-physical systems leveraging your background in industrial automation solutions. You embody high work standards, have high emotional intelligence, and will bring your tech savy to improve the way we build physical systems. You have a keen eye for system dependencies and are quick to resolve them with your own initiative. You build mission clarity for collaborating teams to align requirements and objectives. You will manage technical design lifecycles of multiple concurrent design programs to deliver higher quality solutions in shorter amounts of time. In these efforts you will identify, assess, track and mitigate risks working across stakeholder teams. Where needed, you will define or influence product requirements for engineering teams while you negotiate resources and priorities. You are able to find a path forward in difficult situations and will facilitate technical trade-offs between short term team needs and long term business needs. You will work independently with limited guidance to influence partners, system owners, and/or architectures. This role is located in Luxembourg. Expect to travel up to 20%.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor degree
· Experience in complex project management roles, with proven ability to deliver workable solutions and on-time projects
· Experience leading and managing cross-functional programs.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· MBA or advanced degree.
· Experience using traditional and agile development methodologies to deliver programs with high uncertainty under aggressive timelines.
· Demonstrated strengths influencing decision makers, business judgment, attention to detail and a practical common sense approach to getting things done.
