Position Overview
The Salesforce Principal Developer plays a vital role in providing solutions against Business requirements. It gives the responsibility to drive different projects individually. Helps you to learn new features getting introduced in Salesforce and how they can be implemented in the current implementation of Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Must have 7+ years of experience with SFDC platform and vendor ecosystem
- Must have experience in developing Lightning Components
- Thorough knowledge of SFDC. Well versed in configuration, customization and Integration
- Must be Salesforce Certified Developer [Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Architect]
- Must have knowledge of Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud Platform
- Experience with Industry standard Repo tools like GIT
- Interaction with Client’s key Business and Technical stakeholder for Solution Designing and Architecture
- Contribute as a strong technical lead and architect, who can guide the team through the solutions after reviewing with the Solution Architect
- Subject matter expert – Collaborate with internal and external partners for the definition, planning, modeling, governance, and implementation of Salesforce CRM capabilities
- Contribute in all the phases of software development cycles
- Actively participate in code reviews of own code and of peers
- Drive entire project delivery
- Monitor/ Track/ Review the delivery to ensure the best practices and design principles are adhered into delivery
- Provide technical guidance to the development of Salesforce.com applications to support business and product strategies
- Interaction with Client’s key Business and Technical stakeholder for Solution Designing and Architecture
Minimum Qualifications
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field
- Engineering Experience with at least 8+ years of experience in global software development and deployment
- Must have 7+ years of experience with SFDC platform and service cloud ecosystem
- Must have experience in developing Lightning Components
- Played the role of a Technical lead and architect in at least 3-4 SFDC projects
- Experience working with large scale enterprise organization with Front/Back Office
- Proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Working Experience in CI/CD based deployment
- Working Experience in a complex integrated environment where multiple systems interact with Salesforce
Key Accountabilities
- Estimation of technical requirements to help plan deliveries
- Plan & Control own and team’s work stack
- Design/Customise/Code/Integrate to deliver requirements
- Support the Testing, Validation& User Adoption during the change lifecycle
- Mentor a team of developers involving colleagues and partners
- Perform peer reviews and code reviews of the SI partner teams

React quickly and take decisions to ensure timely resolution of service affecting issues/incidents.
