Kawasaki Robotics is a leading supplier of industrial robots and robotic automation systems with a broad product portfolio, able to service a wide range of applications all around the world.  As a member of Kawasaki Robotics Semiconductor Customer Service team, the Shipping & Receiving Associate assists with inventory of stock and insures product adjustments are properly applied. Issue Purchase orders, receives, sorts, logs, and distributes incoming shipments. Identifies, locates, obtains, and arranges for shipment of requested Return Material Authorization (RMA) orders. Arrange/organize warehouse and transportation of products to customers.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Parts ordering, parts allocating, parts receiving (physically & logically)
  • Issuing and updating POs
  • Prepare all Return Material Authorization (RMA) shipments
  • Inventory control
  • Organize stocks and maintain inventories
  • Shop supply replenishing
  • Receive incoming shipments, pack and ship the outgoing shipments
  • Utilize Semiconductor OEM tool suppliers Portals & specific processes
  • Utilize various transportation provider software systems to facilitate material movement planning and scheduling
  • Prepare and update daily logistics schedule to ensure deliveries to production locations and coordinate product delivery schedules with customers
  • Organizes and maintains hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment, distribution means, pricing, and contractual obligations
  • Codes, and prepares proper paperwork for billing and authorization of a variety of invoices per defined processes
  • Assist with packing, unpacking, and other duties as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment of the inventory room, warehouse, and etc. as needed
  • Improve/implement warehouse process
  • Accountant related duties as needed
  • Weekly updates on shipped items to Supervisor

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma
  • At least 2 years work experience as a Shipping & Receiving Associate
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in ordinary office software (MS Office, Lotus Notes)
  • Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
  • Must be able to work at times with minimal supervision
  • Ability to be operate forklift (Training will be provided)
  • Ability to work overtime if needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree with any major
  • Experiences with MRP systems and Microsoft Dynamics GP
  • Interest and passion for Semiconductor robots

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to carry, lift, push and pull objects weighing up to 50lbs
