Software Engineer Intern (Global Service Tech) (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Software Engineer Intern (f/m/d) to join our Global Contact Center Tech team to address our customers’, riders’, and restaurants’ support issues quickly and with as little friction as possible which is crucial to our ability to create an amazing experience for our users.

In order to achieve this goal, we are building our own Workforce Management tool with features such as automatic demand-driven scheduling, attendance tracking and other solutions that allow scaling of Workforce Management teams in contact centers and establish a communication channel between managers and agents.

Your Mission

• Support the team to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.
• Support and understand how architectural decision makings are done within the team
• Understanding the development of lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional and international agile teams.
• Get Coaching and mentoring support from the team members.

Your Heroic Skills

• Excellent computer science fundamentals about data structures & algorithms, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
• Solid knowledge in one modern programming language such as Java, Python, Golang, PHP or in any modern frontend technology like TypeScript, React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Curious to learn and try out new areas of containers (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm), cloud providers (AWS, GCP) or frontend (React).
• Ability to deliver clean, tested and well-documented code.
• Excited about working in a fast-moving and agile company where we learn from our mistakes.
