In this position, your mission will be create, maintain and evolve the Technical Design of a subset of IT solutions, included in Ferrari landscape, ensuring consistency with Enterprise Architecture guidelines.

As a Solution Architect you will support proactively the analysis and technical design of new or existing solutions, within a specific IT function, ensuring consistency within overall Enterprise Architecture.
You will also play a key role in the design of high-level architecture for new solutions, considering latest technology trends and best practices, and ensuring respect of development requirements for all environments.
Your responsibility will be the assessment and rate application components for technical obsolescence and develop upgrade recommendations based on existing architecture and planned Enterprise Architecture and Technology roadmap. You will also support the demand manager in evaluating technical impacts of new Business needs and requirements.

Required profile: 
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results in the areas of ICT engineering or Information Science and gained at least 5 years of experience in the field.

Ideally you will be able to quickly understand the range of application and benefits of emerging and distruptive technologies and have an excellent understanding of application development methodologies, infrastructure and network architecture.

In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment, thinking analytically and structured and demonstrating strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning).

English and Italian at proficient level are required.
