The Role
You will play critical role in our success story. Working in partnership with Senior Recruiters, you will act as a trusted advisor, responsible for sourcing and assessing great talent for our organization across EMEA.
What You’ll Do
• Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles for our teams in EMEA.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers.
• Utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
• You will build talent pipeline using Linkedin Recruiter, Boolean searches, Xing, events, etc….
What You’ll Need
• An extensive experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role, specialised in recruiting Sales, Professional Services and Corporate roles in the Software sector.
• Experience Sourcing candidates in multiple countries in EMEA and working with Hiring Manager in different countries.
• We are looking for someone who is thinking outside of the box and does not simply live out of LinkedIn!
• You are solution orientated and someone who loves a challenge.
