Mission
FERROVIAL CONSTRUCCIÓN selects a Specialist in Labor Relations for its Central Offices.
It will provide support to the Construction Labor Legal Area and its companies, and Labor Legal advice of the Company and its companies in all instances.
Features
– Legal assistance and representation of the Company before the Labor Authority; Courts and different administrations.
– Interlocution and representation of the Company before social agents (federations and union sections; RLTs; etc.) and employers in the different sectors in which the Company operates.
Skills and experience
Experience is required in the construction, industrial and energy sectors.
Necessary:
– Training in HR and its different areas
– Graduate in Collegiate Law practicing as a Lawyer
– Knowledge of labor legal regulations in all its branches.
– Knowledge of the Construction, Industry and energy sectors Valuable
– Knowledge of Necessary Data Protection
– Ability to negotiate with social agents
– Spanish and English
– Experience with a legal file management program
– at least 7/8 years in a similar position
Valuable:
– Master’s degree in labor legal advice
– Strategic and management vision in large Organizations with a presence in different activities.
