In order to strengthen the Marketing team, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Sydney, Australia. Reporting to the President FAU / Marketing Manager FAU, you will have the responsibility of collecting, monitoring, analyzing and reporting data that drives the marketing strategy.
As Marketing Specialist you will also manage the monthly reporting of dealers’ status on sales and marketing KPIs, weekly reporting of dealers’ model specific net order intake and retail sales, analyze marketing metrics to identify cause-effect relationships between marketing actions and company performance outcomes, improve marketing metrics to provide operational and strategic information to marketing management team and ensure the data quality and accuracy in CRM systems.
Moreover a specific deliverable of the Marketing Specialist position is the monitoring and analysis of media opportunities in conjunction with the Head of Communications FME, as well as the supervision of FAU’s and the dealer network’s social media activities.
Required profile:
In order to succeed in this exciting role, we are looking for a graduate profile (Bachelor or Master Degree in ideally Business Management, International Trade or other related fields) with minimum of 1 years of experience in the fields of marketing analyst, luxury or automotive company.

The role requires you to be details-oriented, energetic, enthusiast and detail orientated to produce high quality work, with an outgoing personality, well-organized and flexible in the face of change, with a strong drive for success, team spirit and a high level of integrity.
The role also requires excellent oral and written English (Italian or other languages are appreciated). Proficiency with Microsoft Office is mandatory and willingness to travel regularly including weekends is required.
