The Role

Working as a member of our IT Business analyst team the System analyst will be responsible for creating technical computer system requirements to solve business problems to deliver desired outcomes, within the system architecture. The System Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of definition, testing, roll out and control, working closely with the NA development teams and the regional business areas.

The Analyst must be independently motivated and take full ownership of results, operating in a challenging environment with competing priorities.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Implements computer system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems, designing, and testing standards and solutions.
  • Defines application problem by conferring with stakeholders, evaluating procedures and processes.
  • Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
  • Controls solution by establishing specifications and coordinating production with programmers.
  • Validates results by testing programs.
  • Ensures operation by training client personnel and providing support.
  • Provides reference by writing documentation.
  • Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Data analytics to measure specific impacts of problems and change

Minimum Requirements

Proficient English written and verbal communication skills.

Strong ability to develop productive business relationships with internal & external team members.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.

Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries.

Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) systems

Experience using tools like Postman for making API calls

Knowledge of REST/JSON and SOAP/XML

Experience using tools like PL/SQL Developer

Able to write SQL statements to perform data analysis

Data analytics

Preferred Requirements

Experience with Location and Mapping services

Telecoms background

Deadline driven and detail orientated.
