TSC is looking for a Sr. Manager, Data & Optimization will be expected to lead, define, and execute challenging projects that provide the technology and processes to deliver data science models in a fast-paced, agile environment. It will be required to innovate and establish as a subject matter expert and a thought leader.

The Sr. Manager, Data & Optimization will be primarily responsible interpret and solve deep business problems by developing predictive models and producing data visualization solutions:

1. Customer Base practice:

• Manage customer churn
• Acquire and retain customers
• Build Likelihood-To-Recommend (LTR/NPS) clusters or models
• Increase revenue through cross sell and up sell products/services

2. Increase campaign effectiveness

We are looking for inquisitive, passionate and adaptable Sr. Manager, Data & Optimization that has a knack for turning data analytics and customer insights into a story that informs business decisions. You will be joining the TSC Data & Analytics team at an exciting stage of our digital transformation journey, playing an important role in the evolution of our business and operations through the analysis and interpretation of data.

What you will do…

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Data Science solutions
• Understand business issues and decompose them into measurable data or modeling requirements
• Analyze data from different sources and provide key insights throughout the strategy, design, development and deployment stages
• Create visual dashboards to measure overall business performance against KPIs, as well as individual tactics, attribution, sales, product mix and more
• Collaborate with Corporate Data Science team to build predictive models leveraging advanced ML/DL techniques, tools and analytics frameworks to expose actionable insights
• Use advanced data mining techniques and perform data discovery to uncover the hidden patterns in data and translate learnings into a business actionable outcome
• Contribute to the development of a performance-based ecosystem – enabling the larger team with metrics and insights
• Develop data models, performance measurement frameworks and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of data models, reporting dashboards, data automation systems, and performance metrics support that support key business decisions

What you will bring…

• In-depth experience & comfort level working in an Agile environment with excellent understanding of the underlying Statistical, Machine Learning theory and Predictive Modeling Lifecycle
• Excellent programming knowledge (SQL , Phyton , R, Spark/Scala)
• Expertise in data extraction, manipulation, feature engineering and validations
• Expertise in Data Visualization tools (PowerBI preferably)
• Experience with Cloud Data Analytics solutions (Azure preferably)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Exceptional interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills in order to communicate strategic and technical ideas to internal audiences to both inform and solicit buy-in from the end user community
