Sr. Manager (L5) – Engine Thermodynamics – Global 2500- Job portal with extra features

Good Understanding of fundamentals of IC engines and it’s testing ( diesel engine )
 Hand In Hand Experience on Calibration of Diesel engine with different DOE technique
 Experience in turbocharger selection and fuel injection system selection to suit targeted performance and emission.
 Experience in emission development with SCR/EGR for BS IV/ V in commercial vehicle/car applications.
 Experience in vehicle calibration and diagnostic system calibration.
 Experience in trouble shoot engine with calibration tool and support engine endurance.
 Develop and establish testing procedures, process for engine testing and data analysis.
 Support project and Cross functional teams and update the progress of development
 Attitude towards willing to learn, share the knowledge and develop a strong team with skills required for thermodynamics.  Willing to travel extensively during development testing and support the test agencies for the calibration development progress.
 Support engine certification activity ( documentation preparation, PreCertification testing and certification testing etc)

INCA software, optimizing various FIE parameters using the software to meet the performance and emission.
 Electronic engine management system calibration( EDC17,Visu, INCA etc )
 DOE technique to achieve targeted performance  Microsoft EXCEL with Macro Skills and MS Power Point (should have strong presentation skills )
 Networking skill with different CFT members
