We are seeking a Website Analyst to join our Website Strategy team at Brighthouse Financial in Charlotte, NC. Our ideal candidate will have experience in Adobe Analytics and a passion for not only analyzing data but translating learnings into business opportunities. This individual must have a strong intellectual curiosity for uncovering insights within various experiences across a digital landscape and thinking strategically about how it can be used to support investment decisions.
We are looking for an experienced strategic thinker and collaborator who can help to develop a center of excellence around our quantitative marketing and sales needs. Success will also be derived from partnerships with our qualitative research teams and 3rd party agencies. This role will break down into three main focus areas.
Stakeholder Support: Analyzes, reports, and derives insights based on user behavior data to successfully drive decision making against business objectives.
Data Governance and Best Practices: Responsible for the governance over the appropriate usage and interpretation of web data. This includes training and best practices as we integrate additional applications to our analytic platform.
Strategic Business Impact: Effectively derives and communicates strategic recommendations into KPIs, benchmarks, and forecasts for all activities involving the website as well as supporting our personalization programs to continuously optimize our customer experience.
- Serve as the trusted expert of our web analytics platform by providing simple, streamlined reports for stakeholders that empower utilization
- Deep dive analysis and recommendations on web campaign effectiveness, SEO’s impact, and content success to inform prioritization and resource allocation
- Work with fellow analysts to develop processes, standards, and best practices on presenting holistic insights across Marketing and Sales
- Assist our platform strategist to create processes, standards, and best practices when integrating new applications into our analytics platform
- Support the development and management of campaign URL tracking codes
- Develop, maintain, test, and evolve our web KPIs
- Train others and provide governance over reporting standards, data integrity, and data usage
- Partner with our Marketing Analytics team to connect web and CRM data to prioritize enhancement and user journey opportunities leading to sales activity
- Support our personalization program through performance tracking and analysis to recommend new and innovative opportunities
- Additional duties as requested
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
- 7+ years of overall professional experience with 3+ years as an analyst
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with digital analytics implementation
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualizations
- Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, and SQL experience
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for problem-solving
- Proven record collaborating with cross functionally teams in diverse environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and being adaptable in a fast-paced environment
