Job Description:
• Lead QA team and be instrumental in test design, development and driving the test automation strategy. Lead efforts to improve and evolve automation testing strategies.
• Will have complete ownership for preparing test automation solution, designing automation frameworks and lead the implementation of test strategy, test plans & test execution
• Support the QA team through mentoring and problem solving, provide resolution of technical issues
• Develop automation strategy to support regression testing based on the technical analysis, complexity and reusability. Optimization of scripts & execution time to minimal.
• Work to define and achieve automation in CI/CD
• Recommends new tools, techniques and methodologies needed to enhance productivity and quality.
• Responds appropriately and competently to the demands of work challenges when confronted with changes, ambiguity, adversity, and other pressures.
Requirements:
• 8 to 10 years of QA Automation experience and 3 years of experience on Salesforce QA automation
• Good understanding of Java/ selenium webdriver /cucumber/ maven
• Experience on performance automation tools like JMeter, BlazeMeter etc.
• Expert in automation frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Selenium, Katalon
• UI and/or API level test automation expertise
• Experience with web service technology like XML, REST, SOAP.
• Knowledge in security testing, performance testing, performance tuning is required.
• Passion for achieving excellence in technical, process, product quality and reliability.
• Must be extremely detail and technology oriented and possess excellent communications skills.
Educational Qualification:
B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/ MS Degree from a good Institute.
